Tashkent International Investment Forum’s aims:

Forum dates and venue: The main events of the Third Tashkent International Investment Forum will take place on May, 2-3, 2024 at the Tashkent City Congress Hall. Tashkent City is located in the city center, between Navoi Avenue, Olmazor Street, Furkat Street and Karimov Avenue. Currency And Exchange Rate: The Republic of Uzbekistan’s official currency is the Uzbekistan Som; it has an average exchange rate of USD 1= UZS 12,500. Foreign currencies can be exchanged in banks, currency exchange offices and major hotels.

Electricity: The Republic of Uzbekistan operates on a 220-supply voltage, 50 Hz, AC two-pin plugs.

Climate: The last month of the spring, May, is warm month in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, with temperature in the range of an average high of 29.3°C (84.7°F) and an average low of 18°C (64.4°F).

Language: Uzbek is the official language of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Russian and English are widely spoken.

Working Hours

  • Public Service Offices: Open from 09:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday).
  • Banks: Open from 09:00 to 16:00 00 (Monday to Friday).
  • Companies: Open from 09:00 to 18:00 or from 08:00 to 17:00 from (Monday to Friday).
  • Shops are open every day from 08:00 to 21:00.
  • The weekly days off: Saturday and Sunday.
